At the moment, EU students who study at a UK further education institution or a university have ‘home fee status’ in the UK. If you are an EU citizen, or from the EEA-EFTA States or Switzerland and have already begun your course in the UK, your existing status is guaranteed for the length of your studies even if you finish your course after 31 December 2020.
